THIS. I’d like to highlight this entire thing with a marker and give it to everyone I know who talks down on themselves. A teacher of mine once gave me some really good advice that has stuck with me for years and has definitely boosted my self-confidence. She said, “don’t think something is difficult, think it’s challenging!” And you know what? I tell that to myself when I doubt my abilities and it works for me. Changing the way you look at things makes a difference, trust me.
